In the Smyrna School District, bus routes are assigned during the summer months. Parents are notified through Home Access Center and/or direct contact with the bus driver of their student's bus assignment. As we grow as a district, take into consideration that some bus routes change due to the increase in the student population. 

To ensure your student is assigned to a bus, please make sure you register your student early and notify the school of any address or daycare/alternative address changes each year.

In order to prevent delays in scheduling bus transportation for your student for the 2023-2024 school year, please make sure that you have contacted your student's school and/or the Transportation Office no later than August 14th.  Any requests made after that date will result in delays for your student's transportation when school begins on September 5th.

NOTE: Please have your child at the bus stop at least 10 minutes before the scheduled stop. Thank you!
