3 Year Olds

• Book bag (large enough to hold folders)
• Family Photo and Photo of Child
• 1 Set of extra clothing (labeled in Ziploc bag)
• Supply of diapers, pull-ups (easy open sides preferred), and wipes, if needed)
• Water Bottle - daily
• Healthy Snack - daily
• Completed paperwork and questionnaire

4 Year Olds
