To assure and continue a positive and mutually supportive relationship between the Smyrna School District and the community it serves, it is the policy of the Board of Education to encourage maximum utilization of all district facilities to responsible individuals, groups and organizations sponsoring activities in educational, cultural, civic, political or recreational areas as defined and limited in Delaware Code, Title 14, Chapter 10, Section 1056, School Property: use, control and management.

All facility use requests are completed online. The first step needed to make an online facility use request is to create an ML Schedules user account. You can do so by clicking HERE. Be sure to complete all information fields and then click the submit button. If your registration was successful you will receive an e-mail confirmation. Log in and Reserve Spaces
Once your account is created you can start making facility reservations using ML Schedules. Click HERE to reach the Log In screen. The video below will further explain the reservation process as will the Community User Quick Start Guide:
