Hard copies of the Enrollment Interest Application are available upon request in the front office at North Smyrna Elementary School.

Enrollment Lottery Window: February 1st, 2024 through March 1st, 2024

*There is limited availability in the Early Childhood program, so it is recommended to submit this interest form within the lottery window.  Families that submit the interest form after March 1st will be placed on a wait list.  Failure to submit this document will exclude your child from being placed in the Early Childhood Enrollment Lottery.
