Smyrna Technology welcomes you to the Smyrna School District!
From the Smyrna School District Department of Technology, we would like to welcome you to Smyrna School District. Newly employed staff will receive a New Employee Login Information Sheet from their building administrator or supervisor that will provide login information to key systems at both a state and district level. Use this website to obtain information on important steps in setting up these applications.
Where should I begin?

After you have successfully logged into a district computer, you will be prompted to change that password. Staff should then access their Outlook Web Access.
1.) Access Smyrna Classlink by using your SmyrnaEagles.org/Google Username and password.
2.) Upon login of the Classlink system, you will be shared icons for Delaware ID (State SSO)ESchoolPLUS, Educator Credentialing(DEEDS 3.0), PDMS, Smyrna Techfix, and a Google Workspace Folder with access to various Google applications. Any additional application access specific to your role will need to be added manually by choosing the + located in the top left corner of the application and choose the DOE Application Library folder to add the application.
3.) Staff new to the State of Delaware will need to complete the following steps through the link below to gain access to the State of Delaware Department of Education Application Library through their Smyrna Classlink account. These applications include; ESchoolPLUS, PowerSchool (IEP), PDMS, and additional DDOE state resources. Instructions for creating a Smyrna_DDOE Registration_Local_Instance
4.) Click on the Delaware ID(State SSO) and complete the Smyrna Delaware ID Setup Instructions to aid in accessing your payroll and benefits information and other state application resources.
5.) Follow the Setting up PDMS video on steps to access PDMS successfully. (Note: New staff to the State of Delaware may take up to 14 days to link to the PDMS system)
6.) Upon initially logging into Educator Credentialing(Formally DEEDS), you may be requested to complete user information to link to your account. You will be prompted to enter your First Name, Last Name, Email address, and Social Security Number. (Note: New staff to the State of Delaware may take up to 14 days to link to the PDMS system)
